On Saturday, 23rd November, from 1pm to 6pm, George Yard Shopping Centre was transformed into a magical winter wonderland for the highly anticipated Braintree Christmas Light Switch-On! Despite the challenging weather, we were determined to ensure the local community could enjoy this much-loved annual tradition.
At George Yard, we are proud to honour our armed forces. We did so this year with an unforgettable tribute on Friday, 8th November. Shoppers were treated to the rare opportunity to see an iconic Spitfire plane up close, while discovering fascinating facts about its remarkable history.
